Go Go Goes

Well, the Twins traded Carlos Gomez. What is my reaction? Eh. That's about it. The things I didn't like about Gomez were his overdramatic antics. It seemed as if every time he got in the batter's box, he got hurt. The one thing I think Carlos did well was defense. He had some amazing catches out in center field, but he was no Kirby.

In return, the Twins got J.J. Hardy the shortstop from the Brewers. It might be what we need, some new blood. However, I am still convinced what we need is some new pitching blood.

Boof, Slowey and Neshek are all back on the roster, hopefully that'll help us early next season.

There's a new commercial out for Target Field, it's hilarious!!! I love the Twins commercial, they are so creative and humorous.

  1. Boof is a disaster... he needs to go. Now Neshek coming back is HUGE.. especially with Nathan pitching the ways he has been. We missed Neshek more then anyone realizes. Gomez, good riddance, watching his blunder on the bases was enough for me. Hardy had an off year BUT he was an allstar in 2007. With Hardy out there, no more Punto though, and at the plate, I'm OK with that but in the field, Punto was fun to watch.
